These lupin flakes are a revelation. Crumb anything in them. The crust is so crunchy and nice. My kids love the flakes more than breadcrumbs. More people need to learn about lupin! Especially for people who have gluten intolerances or are on keto diets.

This flour is so versatile. I’m using it for everything now. I often mix with buckwheat flour too and for flouring things to throw in the pan or air fryer, the crust is amazing. I was fortunate enough to get quite a few taste tests when I did some work with CBH many years ago. Since then the flour and flakes have been a staple in my household!

Excellent quality product and a fabulous way to add a highly nutritious source of protein. It makes for a delicious breakfast muesli, highly recommended.

I use coconut/almond milk with this cereal with my rolled oats. My husband is a Type 2 and he puts this on rolled oats. great cereal.

I absolutely love lupin flakes and have baked, crumbed, used in fudge it is so versatile and tastes great on its own or with other flavours, sweet or savoury. I love the taste and texture and how it bakes in the oven as well as tastes great raw in protein balls. I will defintely be buying more from you guys. Thank you.

I was surprised to learn about Lupin Flakes. I'm in Tassie. My health food shop (Natures Works) has never heard about them. I sent a message to their head office. They have several shops in Tassie.
I make a wholegrain breakfast and soak it in milk overnight. Chia, Lindseed, Quinoa, Oats, Lupin Flakes with Blueberries, Raspberries and a banana. It is such a good breakfast.

Love it. It's versatile for both breakfast, savoury and sweet dishes, and I'm having fun experimenting with various recipes.

We are coeliac and gluten intolerant family. Love baking with the flour, choc chip cookies, banana bread and adding to waffles and bread mix. The flakes make awesome Granola, overnight cereal and crumbing.

I have been on keto diet for 3 years and the crumbs for snitzels etc are expensive, not only are Lupin flakes cheaper but they are tasty and make excellent crumbed chicken, steak and cauliflour bakes. I love this product wish I found it sooner would have saved a lot of money.
